About me
I am an enthusiastic researcher and teacher based in China, with a rich experience of over 6 years in corporate and academic fields.
I Research Vigourously & Teach Passionately
With years of experience in teaching and research, I have learned the skills of understanding student requirements according to individual needs. I have worked with the corporate sector for three years allowing me to add practical insights into my teaching and research.
I am an enthusiastic, adaptive, and fast-learning person with a broad and acute interest in human resource management and general management research, teaching, and professional activities. I particularly enjoy collaborating with researchers and professionals from different disciplines to develop new skills and solve new challenges through scientific research.
What I do
From understanding student and institutional requirements, designing effective lectures, and delivering the final product, I do everything that falls between the best match of academic research and a passionate teaching.
